Acadie -"heaven on earth" is the mythical place Acadian Americans(Cajuns) derived their name from. The perfect metaphor for the business I have created. My vast knowledge ranges from the fine dining industry as well as family recipies that have been passed down for generations. Catering geared towards small groups using only the finest Louisiana vegetables and seafood, organics, and unique ethnic products. I have immense pride in my food culture, it is this pride that motivates me to provide you with an exceptional dining experience.  Please read through my different Personal Chef services,  and Party Options, or feel free to email me with what request you might desire.

Pricing:

 

Personal Chef service, 100 Dinner, 75 Lunch or Brunch, 50 Breakfast; Includes Menu Design, Making groceries, Preperation, Table service, and Clean up. This price is only good with at minimum 4 bookings a week.

 

Weekly Drop Service, 250 a week, plus    

Groceries Cost, and fuel charges for long distances.

 

Party Pricing, All parties are different, so prices vary accordingly.
